Order and Shipping Questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as we can. Listings are set to ship within 3 days, and many orders go out even sooner.
If you’re on a tight deadline, feel free to message us before placing your order, we’ll do our best to help!
Shipping estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note: we don’t ship on weekends or holidays
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Orders within the U.S. are shipped through USPS Ground, unless another method is requested.
For Canada and Australia, we typically use DHL as it offers faster delivery and better rates for international shipping.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.
We always select the most efficient and affordable shipping method to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
An item I want is sold out. Can you restock it?
Most of our products are listed when they’re ready to ship. If something you love is sold out, you can use the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page to be automatically alerted when it’s restocked. Just select the colorway and enter your email.
If the item is no longer visible in the shop or you're looking for something specific, feel free to email us at info@RTCyarn.com. We’ll be happy to check our inventory or let you know if we can recreate it, depending on material availability.
Do you accept custom orders work?
Yes! We accept custom orders that are not rushed, and there is no minimum order required.
You can choose from the following options:
• 8-Ply Cotton Fingering Weight: Regular size (approx. 1,400 meters per cake), 3 to 6 colors per cake – $26 each
• 12-Ply Cotton Sport Weight: (approx. 1,000 meters per cake), 3 to 4 colors per cake – $29 each
At this time, we do not offer custom hand-dyed yarns. All custom options are for hand-plied yarn only.
